A locker manufacturer in Illinois builds lockers like you would see in schools and employee work areas. They called Horner because they had a fan failure and it caused enough damage to need to be replaced. This fan is part of an oven application that dries the painted locker panels. Rooftop Exhaust Fan Safety Project

A customer who makes counter weights for fork trucks called Horner after a safety incident. One of their old exhaust fans has a failure and a blade from the prop fell to the manufacturing floor. The customer knew they not only had to replace the roof- top fans but needed to rethink the design for safety of the workers. Cement Fan Repair

The Springfield Division received a call from a Cement Company just before the Memorial Day weekend, for help with a large 8’ diameter propeller style fan that self-destructed. The fan lost one blade and bent over 6” of the rest of the blade tips.
