Job Description and Compensation Structure
Begin developing craft skills by supporting shop operations: maintain a clean workspace, prepare and clean parts, assist mechanics, move equipment and materials, place items in bins, and complete basic administrative tasks to keep the shop running smoothly.
Compensation starts at $18/hr with weekly pay, 90-day and sixÂ-month reviews with competency-based raises, plus overtime, paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance, 401 k with contributions, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing financial and professional growth opportunities.
