Destroyed Fan Wheel Remanufacture
A customer reached out to Horner Fan and Fabrication with a significant challenge—a completely destroyed air handler wheel that had already been unsuccessfully repaired by another vendor. Despite attempts to fabricate a new wheel, the customer continued to face balance issues, leading them to seek Horner’s expertise. The customer sent in the destroyed OEM wheel along with the fan housing. Horner Fan and Fabrication meticulously fabricated a new replacement wheel based on the original OEM design.
