  • FIELD SERVICE: Removal and installation, emergency breakdowns, start up, laser alignment, performance testing, fault diagnostics, and pump repair troubleshooting.

  • REPAIR: All sizes and brands of pumps.
  • EQUIPMENT MONITORING AND VIBRATION ANALYSIS MACHINING: Impeller trim, volute repair, coupling boring & key slotting, and surface refurbishing. Parts up to 73 inches in diameter and 28 feet long.
  • FABRICATION: Brass bushings, sleeve bearings, spacers, pump shafts & sleeves, wear/case rings, pump bases, screens and line shaft couplings.
  • EQUIPMENT BALANCING: Balance rotating elements individually or as an assembled unit, increasing the life of your equipment by preventing premature bearing failures and limited shaft deflection.
